SESSION FEE

Sessions are charged at £40 per 50 minute session.

MISSED SESSIONS

I request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any session cancellations. This allows the time to be offered to someone else who may be waiting. If sessions are missed regularly, we can assume that this is not the right time for you to engage in therapy.

FREE 20 MINUTE MEETING

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to feel at ease with the person you’re talking to. Not every therapist is the right match for every client, and that’s okay. I offer a free 20 minute consultation so we can meet, and you can get a sense of how I work and whether it feels right to move forward together.
